Bashir Ahmad Jamal, Al Bashir was born in 1929. Bashir's father is Ahmad M. Saeed Jamal, Al and his mother was Suhaila S.M. Toufiq Hibri, Al. His paternal grandparents were Mohamed Saeed Jamal, Al and Jamilah Kasty, Al; his maternal grandfather was Sh. Mohamad Tawfiq Salim Hibri, Al and his maternal grandmother is Fahmeyah Habib. He had four brothers and a sister, named Suhail, Fawzi, Mohamed, Ghazi and Mona. He died at the age of 73 in 2002.
